Can you get Erectile Dysfunction at a young age?

I am 18 years old and I am worried I may have Erectile Dysfunction. Whenever I am with a partner I am unable to keep an erection but when I am alone I am able to keep it up alot longer. I tried to read up on ED and it says it normally happens when you are 40+ years old, so thats why I am asking.

This is most likely not ED, but rather a psychological issue.

Yeah you can, through different reasons, physical, mental and even emotional problems can cause a floppier whopper, you should get yourself checked out.

You do not have ED. Perhaps you are shy or may have a psychological situation. Subconsciously, you may have a fear of disease or feel you may be doing something immoral.

It can happen at any age for any number of reasons.
Since you can get erect and keep it longer alone, it’s probably nerves with you. If you’ve got a long term partner, try explain that to her/him before and hopefully they’ll be understanding about it which might help you.

You can get ED at any age for a number of different reasons. However, it seems to me that maybe you become shy around sexual partners. Or maybe the partners you are going for just don’t arouse you enough! Maybe try waiting to find somebody you are very sexually attracted too and very comfortable with. I’m sure you will have great sex when you find the right person.

It’s likely psychological ED, which is technically a form of ED, but it’s not something that’s physical. Just relax, don’t worry about it and you’ll be okay
